DateSpot was born out of a shared desire to simplify the daunting task of planning romantic outings. Our mission? To empower users with a seamless platform that curates ideal date spots based on their preferences, allowing them to focus on creating unforgettable moments.

I teamed up with David Ameh-Omale to create DateSpot, a unique project aimed at reinventing romantic planning. In just three weeks, we developed a groundbreaking location finder tailored for those in search of memorable date experiences. With Datespot, users can easily filter venues by location, cost, activities, atmosphere, and more, simplifying the overwhelming task of choosing the perfect date spot.

To ensure our design resonated with our target audience, we conducted extensive user research and market analysis. While limited platforms were focusing solely on location-based date planning, we drew insights from adjacent industries to inform our approach.

Design:
Our design ethos centered around minimalism and visual appeal, with a soft pink palette evoking a sense of romance. From wireframes to high-fidelity designs, we prioritized simplicity and ease of use, ensuring that the application seamlessly guided users to their perfect date spots.
