My time at Shuttlers was about more than just shipping screens, it was about designing real challenges in mobility
I designed rider-facing features that simplified trip tracking, booking, and navigation across mobile and web. I worked closely with product, engineering, and operations to make our tools not only functional, but intuitive for riders navigating their daily commutes.
I led the design of internal and partner tools; vehicle onboarding systems, rental dashboards, and business portals. Each project balanced scale, usability, and internal efficiency, contributing to smoother operations and better platform adoption.
I learnt iterate fast, work fast, ship with intention, and design around real-world complexity. I grew as a designer by solving problems that mattered and by building alongside a talented team deeply invested in scaling.
