I worked across multiple platforms while also contributing to product strategy and helping streamline operations
I was responsible for designing and building several key platforms, including e-commerce widgets that integrated seamlessly into business websites, an e-commerce owner portal, and a pickup store application. I also designed the logistics driver app, partner web app, and admin dashboards, all while collaborating with the team to ensure our designs were both user-centric and business-driven.
Beyond just design, I actively contributed to product strategy, working with the team to identify operational inefficiencies and suggest solutions that would reduce costs and streamline processes. By focusing on both the digital experience and the operational side of things, we were able to create a more efficient and cost-effective solution for the business.
I had the opportunity to not only design but to influence how the business operated. It was a true collaborative experience where every design decision was linked to improving both the user experience and the operational efficiency of the product.
